Do you need access to my account?

Yes, We’ll need either login details or co-host/manager access, depending on the platform. We’ll guide you through the safest way to share this.

What if I don’t have a listing yet?

No problem! We can create your listing from scratch with the details you provide, including photos, descriptions, and amenities.

Can I request edits or changes after delivery?

Yes! Each package includes 1 round of edits or follow-up to ensure everything meets your expectations.

What is guest engagement support?

We reply to basic guest inquiries, manage check-in/out messages, and help keep your communication prompt and professional.

Can you help with cleaner and maintenance coordination?

Yes — included in the Full Management package, We can schedule, coordinate, and follow up with service providers.

An active, optimized profile increases your visibility in local searches and helps guests find and trust your rental. It’s a key tool for driving direct bookings.

What do you post on my Google Business Profile?

We post updates about availability, promotions, reviews, or local events—keeping your profile fresh and engaging.

Do I need to give you full access to my account?

You can add us as a manager. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure your account stays secure.

How often do you update my profile?

I provide 1–2 posts per week and upload new photos or updates as needed to keep your listing current.

What platforms do you post to?

We post to Facebook and Instagram. If you'd like to include other platforms, just let me know and I can create a custom offer.

What kind of content do you create?

We create branded posts with custom captions and researched hashtags, tailored to your rental’s tone and audience.

Do I need to provide images or do you source them?

We can use photos from your listings or you can send me additional images. I’ll also edit and optimize them for social.
